If you need scheduling cards or educational materials please send an email to our Marketing Manager, Serena Sampat.
To Schedule a Patient at our Rose Office, Rose Hospital or Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton, please call 303-388-6874. Schedulers are available Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm.
To Schedule a Patient at our Thornton Office, North Denver Endoscopy Center or North Suburban Medical Center, please call 303-252-4442. Schedulers are available Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm.
For all other patients and locations:
RMGA employs ten (10) full-time schedulers to assist your patients with scheduling a procedure. Our schedulers take appointments on Monday-Friday from 7:30am – 5:30pm. To ensure a faster response time, please include your patient’s contact information, symptoms, medical information and any other pertinent information.
To Schedule a Procedure:
1. Download the “Patient Scheduling Form” posted below and fax it to 303-205-1091 and one of our schedulers will call your patient to set up their appointment.
2. Call Central Scheduling at 303-205-1090 OPTION 3 to schedule a procedure.
To Schedule an Office Visit or Consult:
To schedule an office visit or consultation, please call the respective RMGA Location directly.
